Easter Brunches & Tea Parties

One of the most important aspects of holidays is the food. So why not have an elegant table setting that will keep guests coming back year after year? Our table setting pictured above represents a brunch/tea party theme. However, the possibilities are endless when it comes to decorating a table. Start with a white or brightly colored tablecloth to reflect the arrival of spring. A printed tablecloth like the one above will have a bolder visual effect.

Floral dishes and other prints stand out as well. A table runner is also a nice touch. The runner on our table is actually a silk scarf with a rose print. We chose it because it matched the dishes. Napkins and napkin rings accompany the other accessories nicely. Finally, a vase filled with beautiful flowers placed in the center of the table will be a finishing touch.

Brunches and tea parties are a festive way to celebrate Easter with friends and family. Teenagers and kids can throw a party and invite their friends. Finger foods and desserts are delicious options to serve guests. In the photos above we have a variety of pastries and cookies on display. We recommend checking out ethnic bakeries, such as hispanic shops, because they have a large variety of exotic desserts that are not only delicious but generous in size. The pastries are also affordable and make an eye catching display.
